Mobile printing allows you to send documents from your computer or phone to the library printers via a webpage, e-mail, or an app.
Important Information
Prints are 10 cents per page for black and white and 25 cents per page for color.
You documents will only be available to pick up for 2 hours after you send them.
Your documents will only be available at the branch that you sent them to.
You CANNOT print pages that are within websites that require a login from anywhere except the app or from the computers at the library. However, if you can download the document, then you can print it via the e-mail or web portal method.
Select a method below to get started:
App
First, you’ll need to download the Printeron app from your app store. There are links to the app above.
When you first go into the app, you’ll see icons for Photos, Web, and a button that says “No Printer Selected”. Touch “No Printer Selected” first.
This will bring up the printer selection screen, which will initially be empty. Click on Location to find printers nearby using your devices location, or Search to look for a printer.
If you do location based, a map of Denton will pop up showing icons at the library locations. If you tap the icon for a location once, either the color or black and white printer will show up. If you tap the icon again, the other printer will show up. Whenever the correct printer is showing, tap its name.
If you do a search for Denton, the color and black and white printers for each branch will show up. Tap the printer you’re interested in.
Once you tap a printer, you’ll be taken to a screen with details about the printer. To save the printer for later use, click on the star icon that says Save next to it. Click the check mark that appears in the upper right hand corner to set that printer as the current printer.
Once you have selected a printer, you can click on either photos, documents (on some devices), or web.
If you click on photos or documents, PrinterOn will access either the photos or documents on your device and will allow you to select one.
Tapping on an item will show a preview of it.
Tap the printer icon to print it, or the arrow to go back. If you tap the printer, you’ll be taken to a preview of what your print will look like. (You can tap the icon with a page and a gear in the upper right hand corner to print more than one copy if you’d like.)
You can then tap the Print button, at which point you’ll be asked to enter your e-mail address. You’ll then have to tap the checkmark icon in the upper right corner to print.
Finally, you’ll get status messages about the job starting and if the job is successful (ready to print).
If you click on web, you’ll be taken into a browser within the app. You must navigate to the page you’d like to print at this point.
The browser works much like any other mobile browser, except it doesn’t have a back or refresh button.
When you get to the page you want to print, tap the printer icon to print it. You’ll be taken to a preview of what your print will look like.

The e-mail body and each file attachment will appear as a print job.
