Volunteer

Teen and adult volunteers play an important role as partners in Denton Public Library's mission to build community by promoting lifelong learning, encouraging human connections, and sharing resources. Volunteers must pass a background check and will receive on the job training.

To become a volunteer at the Denton Public Library, register for and attend an orientation session. Times and locations can be found on our events page. Orientations are not intended for those seeking to complete court-ordered community service. For more information, please contact the volunteer coordinator at the location where you'd like to work.
